We endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all our orders but cannot be held responsible or offer compensation for any disappointment endured if we fail to meet our designated delivery time. All orders are subject to availability. However we undertake to keep you informed of any delays and you have the option to cancel your order at any time. All the prices listed on our web site include VAT if appropriate (VAT does not apply to books). USD & Euro prices are real time and indicative only. Your transaction will be processed in GBP and converted by your credit card company at their prevailing rate.

If you encounter any problems or require any advice regarding your purchase, please contact us. You have the option to return any product within 14 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging for a replacement, refund or other goods as you wish. You will be responsible for return shipping unless the goods are faulty or we have made a mistake. We regard the satisfaction of each and every customer as central to our business and will always give any complaint the highest priority. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
